Holt Manufacturing has a full-time, 1st shift Shop Service Technician position available at our Waco, Texas Manufacturing Facility located at 2000 Texas Central Parkway, Waco, Texas 76712.
The hours of the position are Monday- Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Job Description:
This position is responsible for packaging Reputation-Worthy Spray King Water Tanks and providing high-quality (dis) assembly, packaging, and repair services on Stand Tanks and Articulated, On-Highway, Scraper, and Rigid Frame Trucks.
Qualifications:
A qualified candidate must have the following skills or abilities:
Trained in diesel engine repair.
Heavy equipment (dis)assembly, hydraulics, air brake systems, electrical circuit fault detection, and failure analyses.
Familiarity with pump-driven spray systems is preferred.
At least 1 year of field or shop service technician troubleshooting and repair skills of heavy equipment such as dozers, backhoes, front-end loaders, excavators, etc.

Must have GED or High School Diploma.
Diesel Tech Schooling is highly desired.
Must have a steady employment history.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must have the ability to obtain a forklift license.
Ability to frequently reach, bend, walk, etc.
Must be able to lift 50# approximately 5 times a day.
Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy required.
Excellent attendance required.
Ability to be productive by working efficiently and effectively with a high energy level.
Must have own basic tools.
