Our receptionists are the friendly faces and warm personalities that greet our clients when they are bringing their animals in to our facility.
They are the first line for all the care we provide while their animals are with us, whether they be in for just a visit or need to stay with us.

Responsibilities for our front desk staff include (but are not limited to): answering phones, greeting and checking in clients, completing paperwork, scheduling appointments and surgeries, charging out clients, collecting payments and deposits, reviewing and attaching medical records from other facilities, balancing the cash drawer and end of day report, assisting clients with recommendations of care, preventatives, vaccinations, etc, ensuring the highest level of cleanliness of the hospital throughout the day, loading patients and clients in exam rooms, directing clients to appropriate areas of the facility, and assisting the technicians and assistants with their duties.
The position will primarily be based out of our Waco location, however some rotation to our Woodway location is required.
We are seeking both part-time and full-time applicants and there is always room for advancement with our company as we continue to grow.
Veterinary experience is not required but is preferred.
