Northside Animal Hospital is looking for a Pet Care Attendant to care for our animals and support our medical staff.
Our Pet Care Attendants play an integral role in bringing comfort to our patients and ensuring proper organization and cleanliness of our hospital.
With this opportunity, we are looking for knowledge of routine animal care, such as feeding, walking, and bathing, as well as the readiness to care for scared or injured animals.
If you are organized, quick on your feet, and love caring for animals, a Pet Care Attendant position at Northside Animal Hospital may be for you! Other responsibilities of a Pet Care Attendant include:
Cleaning cages/runs and keeping the kennel area organized and free of safety hazards
Cleaning examination tables and exam rooms between exams
Administering oral medications prescribed by Veterinarians
Observing animal behavior/health conditions and reporting changes to the technicians or doctors
Keeping accurate records and logs
