CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant

Responsibilities: - Provide direct patient care and assist with daily living activities - Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans - Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care - Document patient information accurately and timely using electronic health record systems such as PCC Skills: - Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in using electronic health record systems such as PCC Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
