Licensed Caseworkers for the CTC work with the crisis team to maintain a therapeutic environment for clients under 24-hour care.
Duties include performing crisis and substance abuse counseling, developing plans for treatment and discharge, and providing individual and group therapy.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent written communication and computer keyboarding for inputting clinical documentation
- Excellent verbal communication with clients, staff, and community providers
- Time management required to meet service goals
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Stooping, bending, sitting, standing, and keyboarding for prolonged periods
- Ability to be CPR and SAMA certified
- Valid driver's license, liability insurance, and reliable transportation required
Education and Experience
- Master's in social work, psychology or related field with ability to obtain Qualified Mental Health Professional credentialing
- License LPC, LCSW, LMFT or LPC-I, LMSW Preferred
- Experience providing crisis services per DSHS standards preferred
Hours: 8AM-8PM Alternating 12 hour shifts:
Salary:
Licensed: $60,000-$65,000
