CTC LPHA will perform clinical services, including psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, discharge planning, and individual/group counseling.
CTC LPHA works directly with clients experiencing a mental health crisis and collaborates with other QMHPs and therapist at MHMR/CTC.
CTC LPHA may assist with interventions as needed with individuals experiencing challenging behaviors.
This position is located in Waco.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge of psychiatric disorders and best practice models of treatment

Excellent written communication and computer keyboarding for inputting clinical documentation

Excellent verbal communication with consumers, staff, and community providers

Time management required to meet service goals

Psychotherapy and Skills Training

Treatment planning experience

Lifting up to 50 lbs.

Stooping, bending, sitting, standing, and keyboarding for prolonged periods

Ability to be CPR and PMAB certified

Valid driver's license, liability insurance, and reliable transportation required
Education and Experience

Master's in social work, psychology or related field from an accredited school Required:

Requires full licensure as LCSW, LPC, RN, etc.
Preferred:

Experience in mental health counseling preferred.

Salary: Masters $52,566 - $57,822 DOE
Licensed $ 60,000-$65,000 DOE:
