*Position Overview*
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Quality Assurance Team.
A team that will support you, challenge you, invest in your growth and care for you personally.
We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven, detail oriented individual.
*What You Will Do*
· Lead, Manage, Accountability
· Inspections and reporting of same
· Identify areas of improvement
· Training of trades and project managers
· Stays current on building code
*What You Will Bring*
* High School Diploma with a minimum of two (2) years’ related management experience in residential construction processes and general repair, including water intrusion, mold certification and mold remediation knowledge; preferred
* TREC Certification; preferred.
* Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel.
* Ability to Care by taking ownership over work produced and going the extra mile.
* Ability to Serve our customers and look at setbacks as opportunities to create a positive impression.
* Ability to Improve by accepting challenges and always looking to move forward.
