*DESCRIPTION: *FLEXIBLE Part-time FNP/PA.
The FNP or PA will see approximately *15-20 musculoskeletal/orthopedic injury patients per clinic day.
* INJURY1 of Waco is a well recognized and respected physical therapy and occupational medical rehabilitation center in the greater Waco, Texas area.
The INJURY1 clinics attract patients from throughout Central Texas.
Our patient population is typically adult musculoskeletal/orthopedic/neurological injuries resulting from occupational, motor vehicle, and personal injuries.
*DAYS: * FLEXIBLE SCHEDUILE- This position will require approximately *1 day or two half days per week* This is a fantastic opportunity for a provider looking for some additional earning potential.
Bilingual Spanish speaking is always a plus or interpretation is provided! *DUTIES:* The FNP will be expected to perform duties that include: * Developing treatment plans for acute and chronic orthopedic and neurological conditions * Educating and guiding patients on injury prevention and healthy lifestyle habits * Conducting exams * Ordering therapy, diagnostics, specialists * Performing screening evaluations and orthopedic tests * Managing overall patient care regarding musculoskeletal conditions * Prescribing medications and medical equipment as indicated Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $62.
