What We're Looking For
This position will support the mission and vision of Baylor University by assisting the administration of student account analysis.
The Enrollment Management Analyst - Student Accounts will maintain a customer service focus and understand how timely, accurate processing impacts student experience, cross-functional teamwork, and compliance.
An associate degree, three years of relevant experience and an active Christian faith are required.
A bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience are preferred.
Additional experience may be considered in lieu of the education requirement.

Additional preferred skills
Student Account and Higher Education experience.
Intermediate Excel skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
Banner and other related platform skills.
Strong working knowledge of industry policies and regulations.
Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a Full-Time basis.
What You Will Do
Growth and development to serve as a subject matter expert for processing withdrawals, cancelations, refunds, third party billing, outside scholarships, student payments, and institutional loans.
Supports organizational understanding of work performed and how it impacts cross-functional teams, compliance, and student experience.
Supports student account processing and administration to all student populations including undergraduate, graduate, seminary, law, and student-athletes.
Support NIS (Not In School) accounts with pre-collection efforts for students not enrolled, including analyzing accounts and placing accounts with collection agencies.
Supports NIS Credit Accounts with refunds and Unclaimed Property submissions.
Serve as a liaison to external departments (VA, Grad School, Athletics Compliance) for assistance with student account questions.
Maintain written policy and procedures and assist with special projects and other tasks assigned by the supervisor(s).
Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission
Ability to comply with University policies
Maintain regular and punctual attendance
