What We Are Looking For
The HCM Specialist (HRIS Administrator) serves in the Division of Human Resources and is responsible for overseeing and completing all personnel transactions in Oracle HCM Cloud for assigned client groups.
This position interfaces regularly with HR Consultants, client group leadership, employees, and student workers.
Additionally, the HCM Specialist collaborates on employee transactions with the Divisional Business Officer, Fiscal Manager, University Research Administrator (URA), and Procurement Lead.
An Associate's degree, one year of relevant work experience, and a Christian faith are required.
A Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant work experience are preferred.
Additionally, prior experience with cloud based HRIS applications, and specifically Oracle HCM Cloud, is highly desirable.
Experience may be considered in lieu of the educational requirement.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
What You Will Do
Regular responsibilities include, but are not limited to: supporting and collaborating with Business Officers and HR Consultants, entering and updating employee assignments and pay changes, assisting employees with timecard and pay matters, maintenance of employee files, and setup of new employee records.
