What We’re Looking For
The Office of the Registrar is looking for an organized, detail oriented, and efficient candidate to fill the Transcripts Registrar Associate.
In this role, you will serve as the University’s primary functional contact for managing and coordinating transcript production operations, paper and electronic, via parchment.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
What You Will Do
Troubleshoots issues with transcript ordering and collaborates with Baylor’s transcript vendor, Parchment, and with Baylor ITS.
Manages the Parchment system, including workflows, storefront communications, instructional documentation, and all applications regarding ordering official transcripts.
Serves as a frontline resource regarding all inquiries to the Office of the Registrar regarding registration, transcripts, verifications, and other functions and services within the scope of the Office of the Registrar from students, faculty, staff, alumni and other constituents via phone/email and office visits.
Designated official for the Withdrawal Process in support of Title IV.
May serve as a lead over student workers.
Serves as the primary resource for maintaining and indexing student records that are scanned into the OnBase platform for retention, reference/record keeping and FERPA compliance.
Responsible for performing record research necessary to investigate and correct/update discrepancies in records as discovered through transcript fulfillment and scanning procedures.
Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission
