POSITION SUMMARY
We have an immediate opening for an experienced Executive Assistant in our Waco office to represent STRATA and our bedrock values in every interaction.
As the face and voice of STRATA, this position will be an integral part of serving our internal and external customers by overseeing the office experience and supporting our executive team’s needs.
Success in this role requires excellent communication, professionalism, customer service, teamwork, flexibility, and time management skills.
We are seeking high-potential candidates to join our team at our Waco office, located at 7901 Woodway Dr.

That is just part of the reason that STRATA is a great place to work! WHAT WILL YOU DO? Key highlights include: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the office as the main point of contact in the reception area, keeping management informed of performance with routine and requested reporting.
Maintain office efficiency by maintaining appearance of common areas and meeting spaces, handling correspondence, managing our walk-in customers and vendors/deliveries, and overseeing office and breakroom supplies, snacks and equipment.
Provide direct administrative support as needed, including scheduling interviews/meetings/travel, organizing events, mailing/shipping packages, and preparing expense and other reports.
Coordinate internal and external resources for our executive team and building needs.
Oversee and maintain office equipment for uninterrupted function, identify and fulfill office supply needs, maintain and manage vendors, and coordinate food delivery as needed.
Assist with the management of all aspects of the office space/infrastructure planning (moves, adds and changes to workstations) and provide resources and solutions as requested.
Other duties as assigned and/or taken on.
AM I THE RIGHT FIT? The ideal candidate is an experienced executive assistant who possesses: Bachelor’s Degree preferred, plus at least 2 years office management experience, preferably in the financial service industry, or the equivalent combination of education and experience which demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job duties of this position.
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills and analytical capabilities, and excellent organizational and time management skills.
Excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office suite– Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and contribute to the team’s success.
Optimistic, self-motivated, community-oriented personality, dependable and punctual.
