```Duties```
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Assist in the transfer and transportation of patients
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with medical procedures, such as wound care and catheterization
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
- Document patient information and report any changes in condition to the nursing staff
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Familiarity with basic medical terminology and procedures
- Knowledge of aseptic technique and infection control practices
- Ability to provide compassionate and empathetic patient care
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Skills:
- Care for patients in various settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, and home care environments
- Ability to ventilate patients using manual or mechanical methods
- Proficient in providing patient care according to established protocols and guidelines
- Skilled in performing aseptic techniques to prevent infections
- Knowledgeable in catheterization procedures and care for patients with urinary catheters
- Competent in administering inhalation treatments to patients with respiratory conditions
- Familiarity with gastric lavage procedures for the removal of toxins from the stomach
- Proficient in basic life support techniques for emergency situations
