Anthony Medical Health Management is looking for a committed, focused, and efficient Insurance Verification Specialist to be a part of our growing team!
*This position is located in Temple, TX.
Candidate must be willing to make the daily commute to Temple or willing to relocation.

Responsibilities include:
* Verifying insurance coverage by phone calls to the insurance companies, websites, if available, or any online resources
* Explaining insurance benefits to patients via phone
* Obtaining preauthorization for patients when needed
* Enter and update patient demographics into the billing system as needed
* Include key information in account notes consistently
* Work effectively and maintain expected productivity
* Assist in the training of new team members
Job Requirements:

1.
Must have a minimum of 2 years insurance verification experience with thorough knowledge of commercial health insurance products as well as referral/preauthorization process.

Must be able to perform written and oral communications effectively and efficiently with co-workers, insurance representatives, clients, and patients.

Must be able to proficiently utilize the following computer programs:
* Excel
* Word
* Outlook
* Web Browsers

Ability to navigate multiple clinic systems at once.
5.
Must have great attention to detail in both reading and following instructions.
6.
Must be able to sit or stand at a desk and work on a computer and telephone for the duration of the regularly scheduled shift.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.
