Principle Accountabilities
Perform training teachings and side-by-side’s
Evaluate new hire performance and daily check-in’s
Communicate Safety Directives
Perform efficiency reviews of operating procedures
Record and Communicate gaps in processes and procedures
Implement safety strategies
Facilitate Training Courses in group settings
Required Qualifications
Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Must be 18 years or older
Must have a high school diploma or GED and/or 2 years manufacturing or other high paced broader range of skills
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Must have computer skills using Microsoft Office package
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time
Ability to work in a cold environment
Must have 12-month experience in manufacturing or other high paced environments
Must have flexibility in schedule regarding start and end times.
Split shift when needed
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in manufacturing EHS department
Bilingual preferred
