Base salary $75,000 - $85,000 DOE

Duties/ Responsibilities::
- Oversight of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) with guidance and structured feedback
- Conducting Functional Assessments
- Developing initial Behavior Intervention Plans
- Continuous Monitoring, Evaluation, and Modification of Behavioral Plans as needed.
- Collaboration among professionals to develop and build effective Program.
Qualifications::
- Certification as a BCBA or planning to sit for BCBA exam within 30 days.
- Ability to develop and maintain a positive and professional relationship with consumers, families, and caregivers.
- Ability to work independently and part of a team.
- Organizational skills.
- Communication skills verbally and written.
- Problem solving skills.
- Drive to develop and build a program to its full potential.
