Andy’s Sprinkler, Drainage, and Lighting, a partner of Fairway, in Waco, TX, is seeking to add a motivated Irrigation/Drainage Installation Technician Crew Leader to our team to lead a crew and assist with the installation of residential and commercial irrigation, outdoor drainage, and low-voltage landscape lighting systems.
The average Crew Leader can expect to earn $40,000-$60,000 per year and up depending on performance, which includes your base pay, overtime, and efficiency bonuses.

What You'll Do:
Work on and lead a crew team that installs residential and commercial irrigation, outdoor drainage, and low-voltage landscape lighting systems.
Verify each day that your assigned truck has all necessary tools and parts properly stocked and all tools are in good working condition.
Prepare in-ground installations by cleanly cutting sod to be reused at the end of the installation, digging / trenching appropriate areas, etc.
Transport and install various materials for installation projects, including soil, gravel, sod, and more.
Work with PVC to measure, cut, and prepare for proper installation.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with crew members and leader(s).
Meticulously clean up job site and leave the customer’s property the same or better than before.
Maintain company vehicle including cleanliness.
Assist with other tasks as assigned
What We Need from You:
Bilingual English & Spanish is a plus, but not a requirement
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Positive and dependable attitude.
Problem solving skills and critical thinking on a mechanical level.
Must possess a desire for continual learning and continuous improvement, personally and professionally.
Proficiency with all tools required for installations.
Ability to bend and stoop during installation projects.
Ability to move supplies weighing up to 25lbs and occasionally lift up to 95lbs.
Willingness to work in all types of weather.
Available for over-time during peak season (March through September)
