Job Description
The IT Technician is responsible for operating high-capacity printers that generate significant print volumes on a nightly basis.
Key responsibilities include managing print output, separating print jobs and ensuring timely delivery of printed materials.
Your Day to Day
Operate high-capacity printers that generate significant print volumes on a nightly basis.
Night Shift Hours: 8:30pm - 4:30am CDT
Manage print output, separating print jobs and ensuring timely delivery of printed materials.
Observe computer components and monitor work in progress to ensure quality, correctness, and adherence to the schedule.
Assess and establish a plan of action for remediation of system errors.
Work with Operations Manager, programmers, or vendor personnel to help solve specific problems.
What You Have
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience on mainframe computers, including large printers desired, however not required.
Relevant knowledge of the following technologies and systems: scripting, cloud computing a plus.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Capable of lifting 50lbs
