POSITION SUMMARY
We have an immediate opening for an experienced Client Experience Communications Associate in our Waco office to lead our client communications process.
This position will play a pivotal role in enhancing the client and user experience through team collaboration and innovation throughout our forms and process communications.
Success in this role requires excellent communication, organization, customer service, teamwork, and time management skills.
We are seeking high-potential candidates to join our team at our Waco office, located at 7901 Woodway Dr.
To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication skills, solid project management proficiency, and a passion for helping others through collaboration.

That is just part of the reason that STRATA is a great place to work! WHAT WILL YOU DO? Key highlights include: Manage organizational communications and forms through the client life cycle, keeping management informed of performance with routine and requested reporting.
Oversee our communications and forms repository, including the review and maintenance of guidelines, using our project management system and forms platform.
Collaborate regularly with internal team members, to analyze current communications and forms processes to ensure we are delivering the best possible client experience.
Plan, organize, and conduct meetings and present to stakeholders, with regards to communications and forms management.
Identify and investigate communications and forms issues quickly, and work with internal and external resources to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Assist the leadership team with operational projects as needed, to ensure we are maintaining service level expectations and provide resources and solutions as requested.
Other duties as assigned.
AM I THE RIGHT FIT? The ideal candidate is an experienced executive assistant who possesses: Bachelor’s degree preferred, plus at least two years of communications or forms management experience, preferably in the financial service industry, or the equivalent combination of education and experience, which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job duties of this position.
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills and analytical capabilities, and excellent organizational and project management skills.
Excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office suite– Outlook, Word, Excel, DocuSign, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and contribute to the team’s success.
Optimistic, self-motivated, goal-oriented, dependable, and punctual.
