Job Title: Service Advisor, Waco Hyundai
Position Summary:
The Service Advisor is a key member of the Waco Hyundai service team.
The Service Advisor is responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction and service quality by providing prompt and courteous service to customers.
The Service Advisor will provide advice to customers on service and repair options, advise customers on preventative maintenance, and ensure that all service and repair work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers upon arrival and provide prompt, courteous service
Provide advice to customers on service and repair options
Advise customers on preventative maintenance
Review customer complaints and recommend solutions
Monitor and order parts as needed for repair work
Ensure that all service and repair work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Maintain records of services performed
Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
Qualifications:
Intermediate experience in a service advisor role
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of automotive service and repair
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibility and Qualifications - waco
Responsibility
Manages vehicle documentation, including tax and title information, registrations, etc.
Helps with vehicle inventory control and maintains accurate records
Manages inbound phone inquiries and routes calls accordingly
Provides administrative assistance as needed
Provides timely and accurate reports as required
Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED required; some post high school education or training preferred
One year of relevant experience
Excellent telephone skills
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress

Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
