The Assistant Director of Nursing makes a difference by - The Assistant Director of Nursing ( ADON ) is a key leader in our facilities.
The ADON collaborates with the Director of Nursing in leading our team of professionals and ensuring the highest standards of care throughout our facility.
The ADON provides direct management for floor nurses and nursing managers and additionally will: * Work with the Director of Nursing to ensure quality care and outstanding customer service to all patients and their families * Create and maintain great employee relationships among staff * Work together with the Director of Nursing in attracting and retaining top preforming, talented team members as well as supervising and career coaching existing team members.
