Epiphany Dermatology is thrilled to introduce our flagship training program, Learn Derm, for Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) seeking to enter the dermatology specialty.
Led by two of our highly-esteemed Physician Directors, this 12 month training program will include:
Four (4) months of didactic and clinical dermatology immersion in El Paso or Dallas, TX
Daily clinical rotations to provide wide exposure to dermatologic conditions
Hands-on practice in your primary clinic to fine-tune training and skills
Skills assessments at critical milestones throughout the training program
Upon successful completion of the training program, candidates will be placed at a predetermined location.

Bryan, TX
South Tulsa, OK
Muskogee, OK
Taos, NM
Roswell, NM
Albuquerque, NM
Candidacy Requirements:
Successful completion of a registered Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) education program.
Board certified and current unrestricted state PA or NP license is required
Five-year employment contract post-training completion - required
Provide at least one (1) letter of recommendation; uploaded to application
Provide scanned copy of school transcripts; uploaded to application

Competitive training salary of $60K annually, sign-on bonus, and a housing stipend while in training as well as reimbursement for reasonable travel and education expenses incurred as part of the program.

Work environment and physical requirements:
Medical office, procedure/exam room and laboratory environment may include exposure to communicable diseases, bloodborne pathogens, biohazards or toxic substances.
Daily activities may include standing, walking, sitting, bending and lifting items up to 30 lbs.
