*Job Summary:*
We are seeking dedicated and experienced ICU Trained Nursing Staff to join our healthcare team.
The ideal candidates will have completed their Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM) or General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) qualification and possess specialized training in intensive care unit (ICU) nursing.
As an ICU Trained Nursing Staff, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients, monitoring their conditions closely, and administering treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Strong communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
* Provide skilled nursing care to patients admitted to the intensive care unit.
* Monitor and assess patients' vital signs, oxygen levels, and other physiological parameters, reporting any deviations to the healthcare team promptly.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, following established protocols and guidelines.
* Monitor patients' responses to treatments and interventions, adjusting care plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
* Assist physicians and healthcare providers during procedures and interventions in the ICU.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for patients in the ICU.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including nursing assessments, care plans, and progress notes.
* Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure a clean and safe environment for patients and staff in the ICU.
Requirements:
* *Diploma in Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM) or General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) *.
* Valid nursing license from the respective state nursing council.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in ICU nursing.
* Completion of specialized training in intensive care nursing is required.
* Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
* Demonstrated knowledge of ICU equipment and procedures.
* Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15,000.
