9 month old hound mix. *EMERGENCY* (Mcgregor)

hey yall, i have a 9 month old hound mix i’m needing to rehome urgently.
his name is arlo.
he’s currently not neutered.
he’s not potty trained, but we’re working on it.
he is puppy pad trained though.
he’s a high energy dog and he’s insanely sweet and loving.
i really am needing him gone by today 10/29.
he will come with a crate, bed, toys, and other supplies.
