While we collect the premiums, we evaluate all needs in the homes which is where we get 80% of our new business.
The other 20% is from referrals and our other existing customers that pay through the bank, mail in, or online.
The job description is as follows: Insurance Agent Qualifications for hire: a valid drivers license and Car insurance A vehicle No felonies Pass a drug test A valid drivers license Starting pay $650 a week for 15 weeks and then you begin receiving commissions and bonuses.
We are captive agents and can not be appointed with any other life or health company.
You would be going to customer’s houses (these customers have had insurance with us for many years) collecting their monthly premiums while giving them service and looking to find Opportunity for additional insurance through existing customers and referrals.
The first three weeks you ride with a manager that trains you on the job.
You are also required to get licensed with the state to sell life insurance, we help you get the proper training to pass this test.
