*Field Sales Representative*
*We are looking for an energetic and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our Janitorial Service Company, Centex Office Pros!*
*Serving: Waco, Belton, Temple, Gatesville, and Killeen.

Reports to: President/Treasure
Objectives: Meets sales quotas as specified in business plan or determined by executives
*Responsibilities:*

Meet or exceed sales goals per company business plan, at the established prices*_
a.
Make initial contact with prospects through referrals, demonstrated interest or site visits and document each contact
b.
Discover their motivation/need for new janitorial service provider
c.
Conduct sales presentation and demonstration/discussion of features/benefits for prospective customers.
Follow up with phone calls and email and document in our system
d.
Qualify prospect’ interest and ability to pay for services
e.
Set realistic expectations and follow up with clients during contract and make sure these expectations are met
f.
Coordinate with other staff members on schedules, scope of work; verify all documents are complete, and no errors in delivery
g.
After closing contract the follow up to check on their satisfaction with purchase and ask for referrals
h.
Effectively and efficiently prepare complete purchase agreements
i.
Conduct continuous follow-up program with prospective customers
j.
Maintain current knowledge and documentation of community demographics, everything pertaining to company innovations, additional services available, and potential hazards/issues we can solve.
k.
Understand the cleaning process and benefits offered by the company and how they benefit the client
l.
Maintain constant awareness of all competition’s prices, weaknesses, special discounts, and promotions.

Administrative Duties*_
a.
Maintain excellent vehicle, sales collateral, and personal appearance
b.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and inter-office personnel
c.
Participate in the pre-clean and scheduling meetings
d.
Actively prospect to help create two-thirds inbound traffic
e.
Implement the referral program
f.
Monitor and manage web site leads
g.
Work leads referral contacts daily
3.
Interface with Marketing
a.
Prepare forecasts of sales by area
b.
Provide advertising and promotion input
c.
Provide data from prospects/clients to improve services and offerings

Self- Improvement*_
a Develop and maintain a self-improvement program including continuing education in management and sales
d.
Participate in formal and informal training sessions and activities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.
00 - $85,000.
