This role involves developing and executing strategies that drive conversion rates across all landing pages.

The Sr.
Manager Conversion Media is a new role for Rakuten Rewards Marketing.
As the Optimization Lead for User Experience for all growth media, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives by optimizing user experiences throughout the customer journey.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, design, analytics to ensure that our marketing flows, landing pages, and analytics are aligned with our user-centric approach.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute CRO strategies to increase conversion rates at various stages of the marketing funnel.
Conduct thorough analysis and recommend changes based on data-driven insights.
Continuously improve and optimize the user experience across marketing flows, ensuring that the customer journey is intuitive, engaging, and conversion-focused.
Landing Page Testing: Lead A/B and multivariate testing efforts on landing pages to identify high-performing variations, and implement changes accordingly.
Work closely with the analytics team to set up, track, and report on KPIs for marketing initiatives.
Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven optimizations.
Collaborate with growth marketing team (Paid Media, SEM, SEO) to understand the user journey, marketing objectives and user personas, ensuring that optimization efforts align with broader marketing goals.
Conduct user research and gather insights to inform optimization strategies.
Use qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions.
Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of all optimization efforts, A/B test results, and findings.
Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
